Before you start a colony, you should try to have no error's after you start Rimworld. Since you got 200+ mods and you didn't read "how to report a mod bug" it is hard to tell what cause the trouble. You should rebuild you modlist. Deactivate all beside Core,hugslib,jecstools. Then activate 10-20 mods every time and check if you got errors.

Enable family view mode in steam. Then it does not launch the game, but shows that you are in family view and Rimworld is disabled. Then you disable family view mode and can reinstall the game.
